The meeting was chaired by Vice OC Chair, Dr Rita Reyburn, WHO, on 8 December 2025, on the 1st Floor of the CCM Secretariat Meeting Room and attended by the ExCom, Oversight Committee, PR PMU, UNOPS, and representatives from partners. The objectives of the meeting are Oversight Field Visit (OFV) for HIV, TB and Malaria, Election of Sub-Committee Members and Chair of RMC, Global Fund Grant Implementation Progress Update (HIV/TB/Malari), and National Program Progress Update (HIV/TB).
