The Global Fund team led by Mr Luca Occhini, regional manager for South and East Asia took a courtesy meeting to the Minister of Health on 07 December 2018 on an occasion of the visiting Lao PDR during 4-7 December 2018.

The Ex-Com and OC meetings have been organized on 31st January 2019 at 3rd Floor Meeting Room of the Ministry of Health. The objectives of the meeting are to: Discuss the next oversight field visit preparation; update the current status of the Regional HIV & TB grant proposals and discuss the current status & activities

The Global Fund Portfolio Manager for HIV and TB country grant together with WB and GAVI representatives took a courtesy meeting to the Vice Minister of Health on 15th March 2019 on an occasion of the visiting Lao PDR during 11-15 March 2019.

The CCM meeting has been organized on 15th March 2019 at the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of Ministry of Health. The objectives of the meeting are to listen and discuss the results of oversight field visit in Luang Namtha Province; performance and disbursement report on HIV, TB and RAI2E grants; results of the GF mission

The Vice Minister of Health, CCM chair and the Oversight Committee Team monitored and oversaw the implementation of the projects supported by the Global Fund to fight against HIV/ AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The visit was conducted in Luang Namtha Province from 18th to 21st February 2019.
