The 2nd CCM Plenary Meeting, chaired by the President of Lao Red Cross and CCM Chair, Prof. Dr. Phouthone Muongpak, was organized on 17 May 2023 at the Conference Room 1st Floor, Crowne Plaza Hotel, and via Video conference. The Objective of the meeting is to review and consider for endorsement of the draft HANSA 2 Project Appraisal Document (PAD) and TB/HIV Application Package including Representative from the DPF (PR for TB/HIV grants) will present the PAD; Representative from the National Programs (NTC, CHAS, CLE) will present the TB and HIV application package including the catalytic Matching Funds; Representative from CSO will present the CSO top 5 recommendations; open panel discussion and comments.
