The 3rd CCM Plenary Meeting, chaired by the President of Lao Red Cross and CCM Chair, Prof. Dr. Phouthone Muongpak, was organized on 28 September 2023 at the Conference Room 1st Floor, Donchan Palace Hotel, and via Video conference. The Objective of the meeting is to report on the Results of Oversight Field Visit (OFV) in Vientiane Province, progress Update on the Implementation of Global Grants and Grant Making Process for RAI4E and TB/HIV, and progress update on the Implementation of Global Grants, C19RM, present on Engagement in GF and CCM and CCM_CSO_KPs_PLWDs New Election Plan 2024, and results of Community Led Monitoring for MSM, TG and PLWDs.
