The meeting was chaired by Director General of Lao Tropical and Public Health Institute and OC Chair, Dr. Khampheng Phongluxa, on 9 October 2025, on the 1st Floor of the CCM Secretariat Meeting Room and attended by the ExCom, Oversight Committee, PR PMU, UNOPS, and representatives from partners. The objectives of the meeting are revision of the CCM Structure Composition, setting of the Timeline New CCM Membership Elections, and nomination of the CCM Representative as RSC Member.
