The meeting was chaired by chaired by the President of Lao Red Cross and CCM Chair, Prof. Dr. Phouthone Muongpak on 9 September 2024 on the 1st Floor of the CCM Secretariat Meeting Room and attended by the ExCom, Oversight Committee, PR PMU, UNOPS, and representatives from partners.
