The meeting was chaired by Dr. Khampheng Phongluxa held on 12 November 2020 at the 1st Floor of the CCM Secretariat Meeting Room and attended by the Oversight Committee and CCM Secretariat. The objectives of the meeting are to focus on orientation on the CCM Evolution Process by introducing the threshold establishment and induction, discussing the key informant interviews and how these will proceed, and getting a sense from the Oversight Committee ( Task Force) on the key evolution issues facing the CCM( the question of governance arrangements in relations to HANSA).
